Stuffed my self with lots of food last Sunday. We celebrated this annual fiesta in our province in Amadeo, Cavite with lots of delicious food. These are food cooked by my titos and titas even before my birth and eaten by me since childhood.
This I named Karneng Pista when I was still a child. This is actually Menudo.
Vegetable Salad. Maybe.
Salad. Frozen. Wait for it to melt. The best salad ever. Only from Amadeo.
Buko Pandan Gelatin. Maybe.
All-time Filipino favorite: Kare-Kare.
Sopas. Or Soup.
